In 2016, A Palestinian man and his wife encountered the overturned car of Rabbi Miki Mark and his wife Chava, which had gone off the road near Otniel, in Judea, after being sprayed with bullets in a terrorist attack.
Rabbi Mark was killed and Chava was seriously wounded in the attack.
