Abbas Declares All of Israel Occupied

Related:

Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas addressed the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva, declaring all of Israel “occupied.”

Abbas has made it clear that the Palestinians are not interested in just having a two-state solution.

By referencing 1948, when Jordan and Egypt controlled Judea, Samaria and Gaza, and Jews were barred from crossing the 1949 armistice lines (now wrongly referred to as the 1967 borders), Abbas makes it very clear that he doesn’t accept Jews living in any part of Israel.

What Abbas wants is a one-state solution that does not include Israel.

This is important to note, since many governments including the US push Israel to accept a two-state solution with “East Jerusalem” as the capital of “Palestine.” At least the truth is out!
