Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara arrived in Delhi Sunday for a historic, six-day visit to India, where the Israeli leader and his counterpart, Narandra Modi, are enhancing ties between the two countries in many areas.

Accompanied by monk and politician Yogi Adityanath, chief minister of Uttah Pradesh, a state in northern India, the Israeli prime minister and his wife took time out to visit the magnificent Taj Mahal.

“This is a moment of relaxation on a very intensive visit. I would like to thank Indian Prime Minister Modi for allowing us this moment as well. In India we have met much love, love for Israel, and here we are in the temple of love.”
