Senator Tom Cotton explains how President Obama, by not making the Iran nuclear deal a treaty, will use just minority Senate support in order to get the deal approved and implemented.

What’s going on here is troubling. The Iran nuclear deal has just enough support in Congress in order to allow Obama to use his veto.
