Jews and Israel Lead a Technological Revolution with the Laser

This video reveals the history of the laser, a Jewish invention actualized in Israel and which has spawned a global technological revolution.

In 1917 Berlin, Germany, Jewish physicist Albert Einstein developed the idea for something that would change the world, paving the way for a technological revolution.

Eistein came up with the theoretical foundation for the laser – light amplification by stimulated emissions of radiation. Then, in 1960, another Jewish physicist fired the world’s first working laser.

In 1976, it was in Tel Aviv that laser technology, with its seemingly limitless possibilities, became a commercial reality.
