Don’t point a finger at others! This is the time to focus on the goodness of others and on positivity.

Rabbi Yaacov Haber of Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel, delivers a beautiful message that we all should internalize during the current pandemic.

He starts off by referring to the great prophet Isaiah (Yeshayahu) and the vision of the chariots – the Maaseh Merkava – painted by Ezekiel (Yehezkel), and the presence of Hashem (God) in this world.

No one knows why the coronavirus plague is upon us, so let us follow the advice of Chazal (our Torah sages) and avoid pointing a finger at others – and in this way influence the Heavens and bring about goodness in the world.
