Israeli troops return from the front in the Second Lebanon War (Pierre Terdjman/Flash90)

We must learn the lessons of the Second Lebanon War.

Twelve years ago, the Lebanon-based Hezbollah terror group attacked an IDF patrol on the border with Israel and kidnapped two soldiers.

Israel reacted by launching an operation to bring them home. The terrorist organization fired more than 4,000 missiles towards Israel, killing 165 Israelis in the conflict.

Today, Hezbollah has more than 130,000 missiles pointed toward Israel, thanks to Iran’s support. Hezbollah must be stopped!

“Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it.”
