Aftermath of the Savoy Hotel massacre (IDF Spokesman)

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah party continues to glorify terror and incite its people to commit deadly attacks against Israeli citizens.

In March 1975, eight members of the terrorist Palestine Liberation Organization traveled by boat from Lebanon to a Tel Aviv beach. They took over the Savoy Hotel and took guests as hostages. The next morning, Israeli forces attacked and killed seven of the terrorists. Eight hostages and three soldiers were murdered by the terrorists during the attack.

A Fatah video and Facebook post last month shows pictures of each of the terrorists who committed the Savoy terror attack posing with weapons, as well as the planner of the attack, Abu Jihad. It was “the greatest and most wonderful quality operation,” the post says.
