Another Islamic terror attack targeting Egypt’s Christian minority left 11 dead ahead of the Orthodox Christmas celebrations, simply because of their faith.

Christians make up about 10 percent of Egypt’s population. While they often suffer discrimination in the Muslim-majority nation, authorities have failed to protect them from attacks numerous times. This includes a recent incident in which terrorists stormed a church in Cairo, destroyed the church’s fittings, and assaulted Christians inside before security personnel arrived and dispersed them.

A  little more than a month ago terrorists killed 311 worshipers inside a mosque in Sinai, the deadliest attack by terrorists on civilians in Egypt’s modern history.

Last week Christians were targeted again simply for their faith, like their Jewish neighbors have been in the past, in a terrorist attack that left 11 dead ahead of the Orthodox Christmas celebrations.

Israel is united with Egypt against terrorism.
