Israel hosted the 4th IPRED (International Preparedness and Response to Emergencies and Disasters) Conference, simulating a mass-casualty toxicological attack.

Approximately 250 international experts from 30 countries were on hand for the exercise that took place at Ben-Gurion University in Be’er Sheva.

More than 800 people, including members of the IDF, the Health Ministry, the police, the fire department, Soroka Medical Center and other emergency response teams participated in the event.
