After being pressured by the anti-Israel boycott movement to cancel an upcoming concert in Israel, music legend Tim Owens released a video statement bashing expressing his strong support for Israel.
Tim “Ripper” Owens will be joining an entourage of famed musicians for a special heavy metal performance in Tel Aviv, Israel on December 17, 2015.
Owens insisted on releasing a video statement against the anti-Israel boycott movement (BDS) during which he says clearly, “It’s not about politics or territory. It’s about Arabs hating Jews for religious reasons.”
Not only will the show go on, ProgStage (the production company for the concert) is encouraging people to oppose BDS and buy concert tickets.
Owens is a former singer for Judas Priest, Iced Earth and is currently a solo performer. He’s also a great guy, and a great supporter of Israel.
