French Ambassador to Israel Addresses Tel Aviv Crowd Regarding Paris Terror Attacks

Israelis gathered on Saturday night at Rabin Square for a solidarity rally that was organized by the French embassy in Israel following the terror attacks in Paris.

At the rally, France’s Ambassador to Israel Patrick Maisonnave, Vice Prime Minister Silvan Shalom, opposition leader MK Herzog and former President Peres spoke.

Maisonnave explained how the terror constitutes a new act of war against France, stopping for a moment of silence for ALL victims of terror.

He believes that France is paying the price for its fight against terror, and ISIS in particular.

He concluded by thanking Israel for its “flawless support”, acknowledging that this struggle is shared by Israel and France.
