Citizens of the only democracy in the Middle East are heading to the polls for the third time in a year.

For the third time in a year, Israelis are voting in a national election, choosing who will represent them in the Knesset, Israel’s parliament.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, head of Likud, and Blue and White party leader Benny Gantz both seek the required 61 seats to form a coalition government.
