IBA News was given a fantastic tour of the planned high-speed railway that will connect Tel Aviv with Jerusalem, providing much shorter travel times.
This project has been underway for approximately ten years already, involving the digging of numerous tunnels and the building of some massive bridges that are visible upon entry into Jerusalem.
The project is a wonder in the speed and efficiency in which its being built, with a clear consciousness to prevent environmental harm. The plan is to have the trains fully operational by 2018.
