In an interview with CNN on Sunday, Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, for the third time in a week, gave an exaggerated figure on the number of Gaza civilians killed during Operation Protective Edge. Sanders also referred to the poverty in Hamas-ruled Gaza, seemingly unaware of the terror organization’s culpability.

More incredible, however, was the candidate’s question when told that former Israeli ambassador to the US Michael Oren said that Sanders had accused Israel of a blood libel. “Who’s Mr. Oren? he asked.
