Prime Minister Netanyahu slammed Swedish Foreign Minister’s incendiary comments claiming Israel had carried out “extrajudicial” executions of Palestinian terrorists.
In response to Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom’s recent misguided remarks about Israel, Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely declared that Swedish officials are no longer welcome to visit Israel. Jerusalem is, however, maintaining low-key ties with Stockholm.
In a seemingly endless string of offensive and biased statements, Wallstrom again accused Israel of extrajudicial killings of Palestinian terrorists and called for an international probe. Israel’s Foreign Ministry strongly rejected the allegations, calling her accusations “irresponsible and delusional.”
Incredibly, just a day after Prime Minister Netanyahu complained to Sweden's Prime Minister Stefan Lofven over ignorant remarks made by Sweden's foreign minister, Lofven claimed that Palestinian stabbing attacks do not constitute "terrorism."
Annika Hernroth-Rothstein slammed the reaction by Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallström to the terrorist attacks in Paris after she linked the massacre perpetrated by ISIS terrorists to Palestinian suffering, indicating that Israel was to blame.
