Members of the ruling Fatah party threatened Palestinians and Arab leaders who dared to attend last week’s U.S.-led workshop in Bahrain designed to give Palestinians a $50 billion economic boost for making peace with Israel.
Don’t be fooled by the seemingly spontaneous outburst of Palestinian rage. It’s actually a well-orchestrated show, run by the Palestinian leadership and Islamists, who seek to gain a few points at the expense of Israeli lives.
Sultan Abu Alainin, a member of Fatah’s Central Committee and aide to Palestinian Authority head Mahmoud Abbas, shockingly called for the death of Israelis in a recent interview. Unfortunately, this type of Palestinian incitement is constant and often goes uncondemned by the international community.
