Trump’s decision on Jerusalem pushes peace forward, Netanyahu said. “Peace can only be built on the basis of truth.”

Sitting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on Thursday, President Donald Trump discussed the US decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, saying it was “my honor.”

Trump added that he would also like to move the peace process forward, but that could happen only if the Palestinians agree to enter negotiations.
