Iyad Afalqa called lawmaker Chuck Schumer a “shm*ck,” a “traitor,” and a member of the “fascist Israel lobby.”

Chairman of the Arab American Caucus of the California Democratic Party Iyad Afalqa demonized Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Facebook, labeling him a “shm*ck,” a “traitor” and a member of a “fascist Israel lobby.”
The Facebook post has since been removed.
Afalqa’s comments were in response to Schumer at the 2019 annual AIPAC Policy Conference calling on Democrats to “call out” people who accuse Jewish Americans of dual loyalty and those who say there are “very fine people” in a neo-Nazi rally, referring to Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) and U.S. President Donald Trump.
“Shm*ck Schumer the traitor whose allegiance is for Fascist Israel lobby who called himself the Guardian of Israel in Congress is attacking Rep Omar who hinted at the big elephant in the room: treason of the Fascist Israel lobby that Schumer belongs to,”posted Afalqa.
He also said that the “highest amount” of funding from the “pro-Israel” lobby was given to Schumer for his electiion campaign.
Schumer was last re-elected in 2016.
