Brussels Airlines has stopped offering passengers on its planes with the popular Israeli halva sesame snacks made by Achva, an Israeli food company based in the Barkan Industrial Park in Samaria, near the city of Ariel.

According to Ynet, the decision comes following a demand by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, which claims the products are made on occupied land.

Brussels Airlines says the snacks in question are “controversial,” Ynet reports.
