Crowds celebrated the liberation of the Holy City of Jerusalem at the Western Wall on Jerusalem Day, expressing great joy and thanks to the Almighty.
There was tremendous celebration at the Kotel (Western Wall) as people sang and danced, celebrating Yom Yerushalayim – Jerusalem Day. Festive prayers were recited in honor of this joyous occasion.
Yom Yerushalayim commemorates the reunification of Jerusalem during the Six Day War. After a long absence, the Jewish people have returned to their Holy City!
